Who we are
We provide both repair and service / maintenance for commercial refrigeration. Cold Direct is a commercial-only refrigeration repair company covering North London and a 25 mile radius across London, Hertfordshire and Essex. We attend restaurants, pubs, bars, takeaways, hotels, shops and staff kitchens. We do not run a domestic house-call diary as our main service.
Commercial refrigeration service
Our service work is PPM and planned servicing on trade plant: cold rooms, freezers, ice machines and cabinets. A service contract puts those visits on a calendar so engineers arrive before an EHO, not after dumped stock. Servicing condensers and probes is cheaper than 24/7 panic, but we still repair failures around the clock. That mix of contract and emergency is how we work across the 25 mile North London ring.
When a cold room, freezer, display cabinet or ice machine fails, stock and an EHO visit are at risk. We quote before we start, we check temperatures with a probe, and we offer 24/7 emergency call-out. Brands we see every week include Williams, Foster, Polar, Hoshizaki, True, Blizzard and Adexa Direct.
