Warm bottles lose you the round
A back-bar bottle cooler is a small cabinet with a hard life. Doors slam all night. Condensers sit against a hot wall. Glass gets stacked against the fans. When it fails, pubs, bars, clubs and takeaways sell warm lager and lose the next round. Restaurants and hotel bars have the same unit under the back bar. Bottle cooler repair is commercial work. Typical faults: the sliding door is off the track and the seal is gone; the condenser is blocked with dust and lime; one side of a double door unit is warm; the thermostat is iced; lights work but the compressor does not; water pools under the bar from a blocked drip. We pull the unit out if we can, clean the condenser, check fans and charge, and test bottle temperature, not just the air display.

We quote before we start. A new glass door can cost more than the refrigeration repair; we will split those prices. If the cabinet is rusted through at the base, we will say replace rather than pour money in. If a clean and a fan will hold you to Monday, we do that and book a follow-up if you want it.
