Service wine has to be at temperature, not “nearly”
A commercial wine cooler is a display and a storage unit. Restaurants, hotels, wine bars and off-licences hold white, sparkling and sometimes red at set bands. When the cabinet warms, you lose by-the-glass service and you risk stock. This is not a domestic kitchen wine rack. Cold Direct repairs commercial wine coolers only.
