Yes. Typical emergency attendance is two to four hours across our 25 mile North London radius, including evenings and Sundays when stock is at risk. A warm walk-in on a Saturday night is treated as an emergency, not a Monday ticket.

Yes. We diagnose on site and quote the repair before we start a long job. If a part must be ordered, we tell you the lead time before you commit. We will not leave a cabinet electrically unsafe or recharge a leaking system and drive away.

No. We will not recharge a leaking system and drive away. A weigh-in after a leak is not a top-up. You get the leak-search plan and lead time before extra parts. That is an F-Gas and food-safety issue, not a shortcut.
Business customers should expect VAT on call-out, labour and parts. Ask for a VAT invoice if accounts need it. Price bands quoted on the phone are usually ex VAT unless we say otherwise.
Yes, if you say so when you book. If accounts need a PO before parts, tell us on 0203 952 4822 so the engineer is not waiting in a loading bay with no paper.
You still pay the diagnosis visit. You should get a clear stop-or-replace verdict before extra parts are ordered. We will not fit a compressor into a rusted liner just to take the ticket. Paying for diagnosis and then stopping is cheaper than a motor in a cabinet that will leak next month.
Yes. PPM and planned servicing on trade plant sits alongside 24/7 repair. Condenser cleans and probe checks cost less than dumped stock after an EHO visit. Ask on the call if you want a service calendar as well as a one-off repair.
